Why Financial Software in 2026 Must Be Boring, Auditable, and Fast

Updating our internal financial P&L software now that Bulgaria has fully adopted the EUR (even though we track and report in USD internally).

Luckily, with copilots, iterating on product releases is faster now, especially alongside deterministic models (absolutely integral for financial modeling and data).

This combined with automatic database backups upon each app open, version syncs in GitHub, and a QA agent to audit reports against historicals and spreadsheets.

The RevOps implementations of Q3 and Q4 here were eye-opening to PEs and mid-market partners we work with. And the team is hard at work even this weekend expanding more of these pipelines for the 2026 value creation plan.
