When the Same Problem Surfaces 3 Times, a Market Shift Is Coming

Consultancies are an early indicator of problems and challenges faced by the business ecosystem.

Media outlets are bound to report based on different criteria: virality, sponsor deals, political relationships, industry-specific nuances. Also, some horror stories are hidden under the rug because they don’t serve the purpose.

(Imagine SEO sites reporting the demise of Google search where the entire business model is based on clicks and SERP impressions).

Both DevriX and Growth Shuttle here are continuously exposed to trends disguised as either problems or directions. This is an accumulated experience that executives interface in their professional ecosystems – channels to conquer, tools to integrate, new lead sources to tap into.

When we hear the exact problem 3 times in a week, this is a clear signal that an upcoming shift is on the way.

And also enables us to invest the time and resources to solve this problem with the economy at scale (because we can disperse the efforts to portfolio companies + adopt horizontally after).

Unlike the vocal minority of fake influencers, we apply the core principles at least 3 times before a tactical framework is born out of this. Because what works for one company is not necessarily a replicable process.

Once solved 3X, it turns into a playbook that stands a chance.
