And there’s no job description for this yet.
It will augment every single BPO, most VAs, and half of the agencies.
Why?
👉 Site articles will largely be built with GPT wrappers, tools like Jasper, Copy AI
👉 Social content with tools like Taplio, Tweet Hunter, Postwise, more GPT wrapper, Veed and Revid AI for videos
👉 Video content + Runway, inVideo, Synthesia
👉 Creatives with Midjourney, DALL-E, Imagen
👉 SOPs with Claude and Open AI
👉 Funnels with landing page builders like Instapage/Unbounce/Carrd or funnel apps like High Level or Systeme or Kartra
👉 Site builds will be based on templates, or Elementor’s AI for WordPress, or ZipWP and other prompt-site generators
👉 Lead magnets will be prompts wrapped in Canva or GPT email collection tools
👉 Coding with the new Claude PC control is highly possible, plus we’ve already been using CoPilot and Claude-dev for a year, let alone v0 and Replit
👉 Customer support is chatbots and agents and knowledge base sourcing (I use D-ID as a video avatar answering questions from my book on my site)
👉 Directory building will be programmatic SEO on Unicorn
👉 Email outreach will be Apollo and Instantly with Clay for enrichment and using PARIS or Talking Shrimp or AIDA for structured templates
Almost everything can be productized and packaged now with limited editing on top.
Yes, you’ll still get 80% of where you want to go. Our clients making $50M+ a year want bespoke and need to squeeze in the last 10%. Being on top is about extraordinary creativity.
But SMBs and even SMEs can do just fine with 70%ish of the job ran by Operators following straightforward playbooks.
And soon, agents that follow playbooks and just need oversight.

Spending hundreds of billions on LLMs is what will drive everything, but the economy of scale and race to the bottom will not make this profitable.
And humans – operators, wrappers, SaaS – can swap independently regardless of the underlying model and who works best today.
