My media network empowers me to mix in social entrepreneurship with education, two areas in life I deeply care about.
I can’t save anyone from scrolling reels for hours at a time, a regular fast fashion shopper, online trolls sitting in front of a TV ranking up the obesity charts.
I also feel terrible for young and talented kids born in 3rd world countries or small towns, surrounded by family and acquaintances with no ambition, and even lacking Internet access.
While my companies support charity events, donate to causes, sponsor educational events and my colleagues volunteer and support, I’m exploring other non-profit formats to enlight, inspire, and educate, building communities of self-alike people.
Among my media sites, Legacy Beyond Profits targets entrepreneurs and executives who have amassed a certain fortune or reached a decent ARR and want to explore different ways to help out.
In my journey, I’ve uncovered social causes, supporting foster homes, helping stray cats and dogs, backing municipalities and their libraries or museums, speaking at schools and universities around the country – and backing organizations committing to similar initiatives.
This is just one of the niche verticals I’m covering with my teams, but one I firmly believe in – a legacy beyond profits.
Do you?
