From Newsletter to Revenue: How Shared Strategy Becomes Real Impact

Over 5 years of weekly posting and 97 editions on LinkedIn for this bulletin alone – contributing to executive transparency and visibility at scale.

I’ve been a vocal proponent of transparent ownership and vision development.

And yet, I’ve had dozens of conversations – even within my own teams – that clarity or mission or vision isn’t always clear 🤷‍♂️ , and lots of gaps are missing, while I’m continuously beating the same bush online.

If schools weren’t a thing of the past, one of the core college classes would be “how to follow what leadership does to make your career worthwhile”. But since social media and newsletters weren’t a thing where curriculums were developed in the 50s, that’s not happening today. ⛄

Many of the revenue principles we’ve been selling to clients for the past 6-9 months were developments and successful experiments I’ve discussed in 2024 in this newsletter.

(Or my other social accounts, for that matter).

So here’s another blast on strategy – and kudos to individuals to adapt and borrow the strategy in the process.
