From Dashboards to Dialog: The New GTM Operating Model

Managing the modern GTM stack via chat interfaces is way closer this week than ever:

➡️ Clay integration with ChatGPT announced (sourcing data and enriching fields and generating exports on the go)

➡️ Lovable app, MVP, prototype and dashboard buildouts from ChatGPT

➡️ Google announcing several different apps, Labs extensions, app building through Gmail and standalone services

➡️ Updates from HubSpot on managing CRM data via ChatGPT (plus HubSpot and Salesforce both joining the latest Lovable funding round)

➡️ Official Semrush and Ahrefs MCPs

➡️ Developer-led Meta Ads MCP for ad management

➡️ Instantly MCP for email campaign launches

Plenty of loopholes and caveats to sort out yet – specifically in document management or presentations (surprisingly still lagging behind).

My own Meta page is running ads via a custom Lovable app in a similar fashion.

Nevertheless, the modern GTM stack is less reliant on studying complex dashboards (unique to each tool) and customized taxonomies.

And building funnels and flywheels is both easier and faster now.

Future playbooks will rely heavily on scripts and agents optimizing and speeding up these new workflows. The sooner everyone gets used to the new building framework, the better.
