Expanding agency services

Finally migrated the Growth Blueprint newsletter to beehiiv!

Q1 and Q2 were heavy R&D here and I ended up with a handful of incomplete initiatives that I’m catching up on now. 📫

🏁 Yes, we completed the Rush acquisition of Shop Circle end of March and joining their big family of apps was incredible.

🏁 And “MBA Disrupted” was published and live on Amazon in May, made it to a 2X best-seller in the first 2 weeks.

So it’s not like we’ve stayed put… But the agency front brought in new service lines and packages, plus different problems our audiences solved.

The beehiiv one has been pending – and even as I joined the Series A round in April, and have hosted Business at Scale there, I really needed the flexibility and tooling that wasn’t available before.

⏭️ Next on the list is a revamp of my blog – which is also overdue for about 2 years, with several attempts we discontinued. Right now it’s about agility and editing experience more than anything as the homepage is mostly static and the community experience sucks.

This will move over some OnePage and Instapage landing pages back to the core experience.

And I’ll be funneling more of the traffic down to email list, with a book welcome email, and community funnels to my Slack community.

🦸‍♂️ Which is now packed with founders and executives from some incredible startups and corporations – including ones I’ve used 15 years ago and still host in places.

As my LinkedIn rant keeps going on, I’m better utilizing the 80% of the time I was spending here when reach was fine, and plowing through new offers, new deals, new partnerships, new funnels, revamping real estates, and helping grow portfolio businesses.

I don’t regret that for a second.

📧 And you’ll be reading updates in the new beehiiv-hosted email list!
